Rambo chocolate stripe stable rug

I have recently purchased the Rambo stripe stable rug with matching neck cover in chocolate. I purchased this via mail order from www.rideaway.co.uk as I had seen it in their catalogue.

When this arrived I was rather disappointed that the colour is not as described and not as shown in every advertising picture. The brown stripes seem to be more like green rather than brown. Is this what they are all like or is this an exception? I have the chocolate Newmarket exercise sheet and that is brown and I also have the fleece body warmer for myself and the head collar to match. They are all brown, not green.

Does anybody else have this rug, and if so, do you have the same problem or is yours brown?

Hi No i have it and mines chocolate brown i love it! may be a faulty rug?

Its not very green, just has like a green tinge to it. Its definately not brown, well not in daylight anyway. Ive emailed horseware so hopefully they will come back to me. Thanks

Have a word with rideaway too and ask for a replacement, it is definitely faulty if it isn't chocolate brown like your exercise sheet and body warmer.

I ordered this rug in november so hes been wearing it since then so im not sure where i would stand. I have sent it off to be washed thou. I have also emailed Rideaway.

If you have used it then it is too late unless faulty goods, which it isn't

My friend has 2 of these and they are defo brown, they do them in blue and grey and the whitney as well I think

I think you've left it too late to complain now, why didn't you do it when you opened it ? I don't think you have a leg to stand on
