That the seam along the top of the tail flap (where it's connected to the rug) seems to have leaked? I bought the Duo last week and its been on my horse past 3 days. It rained a bit last night but nothing torrential, yet this morning the seam is damp and so are the creased bits round the hind quarters (if you know where I mean - gathered up bits). Am a tad worried that it will get soaked in the winter...?!

Nope - I brought my boy a Duo last November and he wore it for the rest of the winter in all that bad wet weather and it never did that, he was always completely snuggy and dry.

mine wore his today, and it didnt leak, did check! what a pain for you

If a rug does that, it's too short for your horse.
When measuring, run the tape from the front of his chest to an imaginary vertical line parallel to the very top of his tail.
I was told by a saddler to add 3 to 6 inches on for a rug with a tail flap, too.

PS You seem to be always hanging around your horse's rear, don't you?

I like bums!!!!

Trouble is it fits with no liners and the 6'3" one was huge even with the liners.

Have just listed all my 6'3" rugs on ebay as they all slipped back and rubbed

Did realise after a bit that the tail flap has an elastic bit on it to put the tail through!!!

Oh well if it is too small, then i hope it leaks like a sieve and i have to get rambo to replace it!!!!!

Mine doesnt leak, its fab and I also discovered that bit of elastic on the tail flap after he had had it on for a day. I thought he'd ripped it after only having it a day

A few years ago I bought a rambo plus half price because it was the old style with a zip up neck and they had just brought out the velcro ones. It was fine for 3 months but then the zip stopped working so we contacted horseware direct and they replaced immediately with the latest model

So it is definitely worth sending it back for a replacement.
