If you do a search I recall seeing lots of posts about these bridles. Very mixed response and more negative than positive. I've seen one and didn't rate the leather that much and I seem to remember a plastic clip?? They wouldn't be any better over the poll than a normal comfort headpiece and for that you can buy an attachment rather than a whole new bridle.
a member on here had one and it rubbed her horses face badly. Was it wheezy? Can't remember. Like most things it might be a good idea to try if you can organise some kind of trial
I've got one but tbh it's still in its bag. Struggled to fit it initially, it just didn't seem comfortable, and didn't trust the plastic clips at all, so it's now gathering dust. Can't take it back as bought it at Badminton.
Hey, yeah I tried it just for comfort, was ok no major breakthroughs! Horse stood on reins and snapped plastic clips and small leather straps that hold bit on! Sent back to shop to be fixed then horseware forever to post plastic clips, months!! Ended up buying elevator bridle which is far better, hadn't heard of it before micklem. Really comfy for horse.
