Rambo Step Up Stirrups

Hello, has anyone got any experience of using the Step Up Stirrups from Rambo? I am short and have some relatively minor mobility challenges and my horse is tall and can fidget at the mounting block. These sound like the answer to my problems, but is it a case of marketing hype and too good to be true?

I think you’d get the same effect from just dropping your stirrup a few holes on the side you’re getting on?
Beware dropping too much though or you won’t be able to get your right leg high enough to go over!
