Is this correct IMHO yes as the PJA should have dealt with this when first raised they should have supported both sides been robust in mediation but sadly seemed to take sides. The various statements made by this CEO about this whole avoidable situation were at best unfortunate at worst again IMHO wrong and not impartial.

Interesting article - but I do agree that Struthers, and the PJA got it badly wrong.
His position should be untenable.
