random lumps appearing?

Over the last few weeks, I have noticed random lumps appearing they are tiny and look like skin tags?
They don't seem to bother him, a few have appeared on his neck, belly and dock?

Has anyone had anything similar? I don't know whether it's worth a vet call or not as they don't seem to bother him and if it's just similar to a person with skin tags?
