Im extremely annoyed that parcelforce havent collected my parcel which ive arranged for delivery!

I confirmed to the ebayer yesterday that the item would be collected tomorrow and sent out the next day! But oh no.. parcelforce couldnt do it could they

Why confirm that it will be collected when they havent bothered???

Anyone else feel my pain??? grr

Don't get me started !!!!!!!!!!!
I won't order mail order if they do the delivery, our nearest depot is 2 hour drive away, once I did drive down there, only to find they had lost the parcel !

I run a small mail order company and I call them Parcel Farce because they are so appalling. The other lot I call Royal Fail because their service is equally pathetic. You have my sympathy!
