My jumping saddle has been away for 3 days being reflocked, and when I went in to our tack room today, someone had removed the label from its rack and removed the cover, girth, buckle guards and stirrups from its rack and put their own saddle on it.

The bloody cheek! I was livid! Naturally I kicked their's off on to a chair, put the label back and left a snottogram on the notice board. Talk about vultures!

I can understand, I'm very protective of my saddle racks too

(well I bought them and had them put up in the tack room so noone else had better touch them!)

They are allocated & I have had that rack for over 3 years. There is a shortage, but there are space for more racks and the racks are sitting there waiting to be put up.

I am taking him out tomorrow & half expect them to swipe my dressage saddle's rack.

Yes - stacking saddles isn't good for the panels which are so carefully flocked you horse's back!

I have 2 saddles therefore I need two racks.

Its brieze blocks so no concealed wiring. They should have asked for their own rack, not swiped someone else's.
