After sleeping on it my sister has finally come to her senses and agreed to view the new yard sometime this week. So if we like what we see then the mare will be moving and colty will be staying where he is until he's cut.

Just read your other post - I would move the mare asap and get colt geld asap and then move him. Its a no brainer - ragwort, leaking stables and bad fencing all add up to being a hazard for your horses. As others have said get yourself a bike and get your sister to read some posts on here about ragwort poisoning, the dangers of poor fencing etc
