Had to move stables in June as new horse was too big for my stable, moved two along to a bigger corner stable. Didn't want corner stable but had no choice as only available bigger stable.

Horse next to him on corner is always going at him and mine going at the other one. It's driving me mad. Also cannot tie up on yard if any other horse is tied up on our block as 5 horses and 2 tie ups, last time I tied mine up with another also being tied up mine kicked other horse. So can only tie up if no other horse.
I totally understand this is my horses problem.

My horse is 4. He gets wound up over a busy atmosphere, which my block is as faces onto main yard.
The three other people on my block are unbelievably messy, leave boxes, whips, buckets and rubbish lying. It drives me insane.

Stable came free on other block, quieter block. Larger, plenty tie up and quieter atmosphere.
Asked YO if I could have said stable, as my horse is not fitting in well on current block, it's getting me stressed as I'm now bribing him into stable as he's scared of horse next to him.

YO said no, as she could get bigger horse in. I pointed out my horse is no smaller than horse that was in and stable not much bigger.
YO said she could put weave bar on mine, so this would mean next horse could get to mine, and mine do nothing about it.
YO then said she could take window out mine and close top door, moving away from other horse. I pointed out that wouldn't solve the tie up and busy block.
YO point blank refused to give me stable, with no reason. Only reason I can think of is she would find it harder to get someone to move into corner stable than a normal one.

Getting dad to see her this weekend hopefully to fight my corner.
Pay £55 a week for DIY.

What would you do?
(moving yards not option and not turning out as then have limited school use and horse accident prone with cuts etc... Also easier with stable, he is happy to be in a stable)

Don't let anyone remove a window and shut the top door on your horse. If you think he's getting stressed now that could cause you a whole new world of worry.
Personally, I'd be looking at a yard move. Sounds a bit as if YO is treating you like this because she thinks as you're young she can get away with it. You pay the same (high!) rate as everyone else, you are entitled to have your horse safe and comfortable the same as everyone else.

That's cheap ours is £345!

Op I agree with getting your dad involved. Can you call her bluff and say that unless she gives a good reason for you not to have that stable you will leave?

Can't bluff unfortunately as she has a list of people waiting to get on so won't matter to her :(
Would move but no other yard around, next one an extra 20mins each way, which I don't have time for on weekdays, esp mornings

Shutting the top door is only going to make poor chap more stressy. I think a long chat with you, your dad and the yard owner is the best way forward to be honest. Calmly and clearly state your point and your concerns. £55 per week is a heck of a lot of money for DIY too unless you're getting hay and straw etc... included? I only pay £75 a month for DIY stable and unlimited turnout, might be worth pointing out she is on the higher end of the livery fees.
