such a waste of time. They have computers, you give them the registration number of your lorry & chassis number as they request & they promptly serve you with parts that when you get back to your lorry you find they don't fit! I'm not talking about just once but almost every time I order parts they manage to screw it up. They waste my time, the mechanics time & there is no comeback on them.
I was supposed to go to an important show today & my lorry was having a couple of steering joints fitted yesterday in readiness for Testing in a couple of weeks. The part supplied was nothing like what it should have been, the thread size was totally different. Of course when this is realised the parts department is closed (12 midday on Saturday). I'm just fed up with the incompetance they show every bl@@dy time!
