Heres the thing, my instructors yard is about 1 mile down the road but she only does full livery (which I cannot afford!) but 2 of my 'friends' went down there. While hacking out one of the friends (a novice owner!) fell off her horse and he has been on box rest for the last 8 weeks with a huge hole in his leg. She has totally lost interest in him and is moving back up to our DIY livery yard today. I dont know how she is going to cope, she has no idea how to change bandages and he hasnt been brushed in 3 weeks. While she has been down at my instructors she has morphed into her, she turned up the other day in the same joddies, coat and Ariat boots!
Now my other 'friend' is worse, I schooled her horse free of charge for 3 weeks while she was on holiday (had my 4yo to do at same time!) and when she got back (he was 100% better!) she said only her and our instructor were allowed to ride him (well excuse me for schooling him when you asked me to!) but she now thinks she is too good to speak to me and our other friend because she is on our instructors yard!
Why do people turn like this in these situations? I persoanally think she is being very childish!
She also has not spoken to me since she found out my new horse is worth more than hers, or do you think this is me thinking too deep into the situation?
