I'm ill. AGAIN. Seriously. I NEVER get ill hardly. Yet since I've moved back home, I've had flu....then got kicked in the leg....then been really ill for last 2 weeks and just finishing antibiotics now [after being allergic to original meds] and been 'back in action' for a grand total of 3 days....and now I have a stinking cold.

I blame central heating. And the city. Seriously...when we had no heating in a non double glazed house and I spent 24/7 almost outdoors....not a sniffle.

GAH.

That is all. Pointless rant over.

Hug a cob day. Official. [If I don't give him the lurgy!]

I have vit c and zinc pills. They're chewable. First sign of a sniffle and I'm on them.

Really hope you start to feel better. That's so very frustrating.

I got hellish flu back at the beginning of Feb and I'm never off work sick, but had to take a week off, and spent most of it in bed. I have never felt so ill - and it combined itself with sickness and sharting. Its now seven weeks on and I still have sinus problems and bad chesty cough but the dr won't give me anything as he says it's not a chest infection and I've now started with heart palpitations so going back to Docs on Monday......it's never ending. I blame open plan offices with air conditioning systems....

Yep, I was off too about then with similar, but added to that I got norovirus on top like you, but just really bad vomiting.... iv'e not felt so bad in a long time, and hope to not feel the same for many years to come! :(

I too was really cr*p the other week. My OH found it amusing and referred to me as 'Man-Flu Wife' ! He was constantly on twitter with 'man flu wife still in bed' and 'man flu wife made it downstairs but now collapsed on sofa' and 'Shock, man flu wife to ill to cook' .
NO if it were man flu I would still be ill !
Was not funny, everything hurt and ached plus stomach pains left me curled up.
