Rat Rescue

Hiya,
I am trying to find a rescue that will take my pet albino rat but am having trouble finding one. Does anyone know of anywhere in the West Sussex area that may be able to help me please? Im based in Crawley but am willing to travel within reason

Is this the same rat you got from the vets? could you not take him back to them? Unfortunately i do not have the space and doubt my two boys would be happy having a newbie.

It is the same rat I got from the vets - I just do not have the time to give to him - I think there is a nice rat in there wanting to come out, he is just scared and not used to being handled. He doesn't bite or show aggression when you put your hand in the cage and I was able to stroke him. It just all went down hill on Monday last week and I cannot cope with him and do not have the knowledge I don't think. Anyways I don't want to take him back to the vets as they were going to PTS him if no home was found by that weekend which I don't think is fair on a good note though I have spoken to Holbrook Animal Rescue and they are going to take him in on Wednesday so hopefully he can live out his days there or find a knowledgeable home for him
