I would be delighted if we had water voles. I have only ever seen one and that was when I was still at school. So much better than rats.

Have just found out about a company called Humane Wildlife Solutions, the company offers a nationwide service. I have no personal experience of them but I like the sound of them ( I like the use of the word "wildlife" rather than "pest" for a start!) They have very good reviews. Maybe worth sending your photo to them?

I find, living somewhere with no neighbours, people who release their pets into the wild, tend to travel to do it!
We have had some on visitors over the years. Including a peacock and a pet rabbit!
