Raw food for dogs with pancreatitis?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience good or bad of this?

My little cocker spaniel girl has recently been diagnosed with pancreatitis and isn't mad on the prescription diet from the vets, (and neither am I - the ingredients seem to be lots of cereals/meat and animal derivatives).

I have just started her on the Natural Instinct raw Special Diet. So far so good!

Raw diet is really meant to suit dogs with this condition.

They say you should feed pig pancreas, if you can get it.
