Raw pork ribs kidney- ok to feed?

Just bought half a pig from the butchers and got given a bag of off cuts, a few pork ribs and a kidney. Have trimmed the majority of the fat off the meat, just wondered if its ok to feed raw? Rosie would love it, has had beef raw but just wanted to check she can have it first- have split it into 2 meals

Yes it's fine may be worth just giving her a bit atm, some dogs can be intolerant to pork. Mine are raw fed 100% but one has the most disgusting farts after pork. If he has a bit too much it makes him sloppy, Just to warn ya.

You need to freeze it and then defrost prior to feeding. This is in case of Trichinosis.

I don't trim either, and feed raw all the time. They love pork!

But if you bought pork chops for your tea, you wouldn't think to freeze them, would you? And the dog's digestion is lots better at dealing with nasties than ours is. It wouldn't occur to me to freeze ribs I'd bought for the dogs.
