Im stumped with this one!
Last year autumn got some horrible sores inside her nostrils around may/june time. we kept cleaning them and applying frusoderm (think thats what it was called) and they dissapeared in about 3/4 weeks.
The past week they have appeared again. It almost looks as though any snot has burned away the top layer of skin leaving raw spots? they track up inside her nostrils so im guessing it must be this?
any ideas what it could be or any better ways of treating it? Im thinking its quite possibly a reaction to some sort of pollen or something but totally stumped , never come across anything like this before!
