Anyone heard of this make?

I have a saddle that i want to sell and have tried searching on ebay and google but can find very little, well nothing actually.

Just wondering if it is even worth trying to sell or if it is a type you can't give away.

Has the label Ray Hinton Walsall on it and is in a good condition
