RC cancelled again

Our riding club show jumping qualifier has had to be cancelled again and is now on August19th.Damn weather. I work shifts and have to book holidays ages in advance ,as only 2 can be off, I am fast running out of days and don't know yet if I can get that day off. Others cannot do that day as they have other commitments ,so hope we have an open team [ we are usually the only open team in our area, so if we can't get a team then our area won't be able to send a team to champs.
In the horse trials no team completed the open because of one rogue fence ,so I presume there will be no team for our area in the open HT champ.
What a year of weather!

Ahhh OK - think I read your post incorrectly the first time I read it, thought you meant the area qualifiers had been cancelled - I am just waiting to hear ours are

Which area are you guys?

Ride for Stoneleigh ,think it is area 5.Looking at the forecast I'm not surprised as it rain ,rain and more rain at the weekend and our dressage qualifier is on Sunday, waiting to hear if they have cancelled that as well.

But may and if i'm going, i'll give you a shout. Defo at both dressage ones, but i know........... or how shall i put it, mmm you're not into your dressage as much as your coloured poles

Sounds intriguing!!!!

Lets just say if someone gave me a horse that enjoyed dressage then I would consider it, but seeing that mine hates it, I shall stick to pinging over the poles

with me it's not changing the horse, with coloured poles it's changing the rider

or removing her brain cos she thinks to much and over rides, but only at coloured pole
