Hi,
I didn't want to hijack Boodles post but I'm interested in your opinions.
A horse I know has hinds that are very similar to the pictures Boodle posted, in fact, they are worse. The horse has been retired now for quite a few years, but he was ridden when I was in my teens. He was sound at the time and I questioned why his hinds were the way they were and I was always told that he was a 'low flyer'. Being young I didn't question the person again however I always thought that there must be more to it.
So... if the horse in those pic's was actually worse than that but sound, would you still say it possibly had suspensory damage? Or that perhaps years ago this may have been treated?
Just trying to further my knowledge a little!
