re homing and vaccines

Hi I am one of those owners who had his dog vaccinated until she was 3 then following advise stopped as it seemed unnecessary
I havw just been to a rescue centre to adopt another dog. Will mine not bwing vaccinated stop this going through. I saw on an earlier thread that they ask to see the vaccine records. If I start mine now do you think they will be happy with that. We havw just come back feom seeing new dog ans they have reserved him until after home check.

Does your vet agree with you?


It may be worth asking your vet to write a letter to the resume explaining your reasons for this.
I am lucky I think I have one of the best holistic vets in the country

Do you treat homeopathically instead? Could you have a titre test done to prove your dog doesn't need a booster right now?

Ditto Superhot with the titre test but you will still need to have a Lepto jab as the vaccine has a short life and you cant build up immunity to it.
