Could anyone help with the biting issue for horse that violently snatches reins [ all relevant checks have been made ] someone earlier suggested trying a ported bit but i see there are many, she has a soft mouth and is not a strong mare .

The advantage of a ported bit is that there is more tongue room. Horses with thick tongues/fleshy mouths are often more comfortable in a bit with no joint. Neue Schule make bits of different thicknesses, which might also help, as often thinner bits, contrary to popular opinion, are better for these horses.

My mare (chunky sec D) kept waving her tongue about & shaking her head & dragging at the reins - I've now got her in a NS training snaffle which is snaffle with a port (no joint) and she's been great in it. We just use a ported pelham for "yahooing" & X-C in company to save tugs of war damaging her mouth.

I'm not sure if it's dressage legal or not but I'll check if/when we need to but it's been fine for everything else.
