Re the moudly haylage... am i likely to get my money back?

Sorry another post about the moudly haylage.

Just trying to work out my finances as i'm now struggling now i have to find another big sum to fork out for more haylage/hay plus pay someone to take this mouldly stuff away.

I have contacted trading standards to which they have told me to send a 14 day letter which i have done a draft copy already and hopefully will be sent off Tuesday morning. They then said if i dont get a reply to phone them back again.

I have explained in my previous threads re the situation/state of bales. What do you think my chances are? What with my horse returning back off a disaster loan in v poor condition i'm just about ready to give up!

I think you will have to plan on not I'm afraid. If this guy was a decent vendor you'd have your money back already. You're going to have to fight him every step of the way and this can take a long time.

You're doing the sensible thing in trying to plan. Depressing though it is - plan for the worst. That way things can only get better!
