I work really hard on our yard and end up doing the slower peoples work when Ive finished mine.
When you complain to the boss the boss says what are you doing here you are meant to be working not tittle tattling.
I think you should be rewarded for what you do AND for doing others work.
I havent had a pay rise for 2 and a half years and work the hardest.
A little help and praise goes a long way!!!!
 
Life's like that that, your hard work will pay off eventually.

Ive just left a (cleaning) job where I did all my work and a significant amount of the other 3's working my floor, they were elderly so I didn't mind, but I was always slightly bitter about the fact it was never recognised by my boss. Anyway Ive just started a new job & was informed that the only reason (and my CV is flipping good for an 18yo) I was employed was due to my reference, my boss said he had never seen such a gloating reference!
