Re Will Young dressage diva - there was a mistake!!!!

Anyone else notice the mistake? When he goes to put the saddle on he isn't wearing gloves but when it get to seeing it from the offside the person putting the saddle on is wearing gloves. Then a bit after that you see him putting his gloves on. Am I seeing things?
 
very well spoted - hawk eyes.

Mind you the whole things wrong isnt it, boots, red bridle, dressage for the test then without changing the saddle its a GP or a jumping saddle!!

mind you he has still in his choice of boots "Konig" very handsome boots they are.

just watched it and it made me cringe..... i have a real problem with people trying to act horsey but you can see hes nervous/not used to it -its a pet hate! ahhhh

plus hes never gonna get that horse clean brushing it like that! lol. awful red bridle too.....

dare i say it.... didnt like the song either lol.
 
GOD im so anti celeb-horsey, they are all about them selves but with horses its all about the horse. not really a good mix in my book - but hay things are changing US first non white leader! spose you got to go with the times A
 
Also when he is lifting the saddle to put it on it doesnt have a dressage square, but when he is placing the saddle on the horses back it does have a dressage square.
 
The rider's spurs appear and disappear quite regularly too...and I'm sure he does up those boots several times(Maybe König zips keep coming undone

PEOPLE you should really chill out

Will young has not claimed to be anything but a pop star trying to make an interesting video. who cares if he can't ride and things arn't done right. People are shown flying in pop videos doesn't mean they can fly!

One thing I nocticed yesterday, when she the horse is cantering, pans to Will who is in rising trot, Thought it was funny, just an observation
 
Well i watched it again as i wanted to hear the song in relation to the vid again. Just notest the rossette at the end - Best rider of the Year - well theres hope for us all yet.

Its not bad other than the occational mistake - i take my hat off to him really if he rode soome of that (which he must have done it look like he did) to learn to ride for a vid - he must be committed.
Still not sure on the song though

i like it and find it a bit funny that some people get a bit precious and defensive about someone trying to ride and not being totally correct. i would say its a pop video ,hes having fun ,its good for the sport and get a life.
 
its a fun and cheesy pop video, nice to see a video that doesnt involve half naked girls and instead promotes a lifesytle instead! I love the banger he drives off in too... "my horse has everything it needs and i have my old banger of a car and live of beans!!"

I think people here often need to get a row boat to get out of a sea of their own envy.. esp when it comes to katie price. She just is living her childhood dream and who can blame her. She wasnt lucky enough to be born with bank balance to do that like so many of us, not all of us have daddys bank book. She is putting alot of press into the sport and trying removing the snobery that so clearly exists in this sport....

I agree, I am sick of seeing half naked men and women romping around on music videos, unfortunately that is the sort of blasé world we are living in now.

Both Will Young and Katie Price are promoting a sport that does have a cliquey label, whether we like it or not, so any positive publicity (tongue in cheek or not) is good publicity in my mind.
