Reaction to Grass!

Is anyone having issues with their horse due to the recent grass growth after the much needed rain? I'm pretty sure its the grass as nothing else has changed. His reactions are so extreme and this is very out of character. Can I supplement with anything to help? He is on a very low sugar low starch diet and worked daily!

My mare and gelding and 2 livery horses all went skitso the other day - charging about and very fresh - we are putting it down to the grass, as we also have warm feet with the lami ones.

Thanks I think I might give the salt a try, then poss the mag ox too. Really want something that will help him cope with the natural changes in diet a bit better!

Definitely give Magnesium a try. It has worked a treat on 2 of ours.

okay thanks. Just cant get him to eat the salt and definitely something going on as he's getting worse!

One of mine is very fussy but will eat magnesium so hopefully you will be ok
