reactorpanel saddles

I have a reactorpanel saddle and really love it but am having great difficulty getting any customer service.They are either very late or do not come and I do want advice.Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me. Shame as the saddle is amazing

Do you mean getting them to come out and see you? I have two saddles and the service has always been good, although there was only one fitter in Britain so no wonder he found it hard to fit everyone in! Sold my horse now so haven't had to deal with them for a while but am hopefully going to sell the saddles soon, so I hope the service is good! It's a shame that you have had a bad experience, as the saddles are amazing!

Hello, Just reading though the archives (sad life!) were you joking or did I misunderstand you about your reactor pannel saddle - are you selling the dressage and if so what were you looking for it?! If your not and im having a blond moment I would be interested in your views on it
