Ready Tied Stock

I have a ready tied stock but when it's on it just doesn't look right.

How do I make it look like a proper stock - it's just all flat on me and looks stupid!

Any ideas?

Good luck trying, in my experience no matter what you do with a ready tied stock it will always look flat and a bit odd - i've yet to see a ready tied one that resembles a real one - sorry

imo ready tied stocks should be banished to room 101
get a real one, the time and effort to tie it yourself really pays!!!

I'm thinking of getting a real one - I just need my ready tied one for tomorrow!

Try to scrunch it up a bit and use lots of safety pins. It never will look as good, but if you cross the ends over high up and pin them it may look OK. Good luck tomorrow.
