Is anyone going this coming sunday? (4th July)
I'm going and its going to be mine and the pony I'm takings first time. Soo looking forward to it.
The dress code is smart/casual. I'm assuming this means that I have to be clean along with pony ;) I'm going to wear beige/cream jods and long boots but do I need to wear tweed or a black jacket? or just a nice rugby type shirt? Says we don't have to be plaited up.

Is anyone else going? Would be nice to meet some fellow HHO'ers :D

I can't go (hiking in the peak district all weekend) but am hoping to take the youngster to one of them, and if not, the early hound exercising.
Haven't been on the ambles before - Bronts was a bit of a pain if the pace was too slow - but when it's been really hot hound exercising most people seemed to just be in their shirts and ties/stocks, so I imagine you'd be fine with a rugby shirt :)

cheers thank you :D
I'll be at one in a months time or so may see you there then. Hopefully will be going with readyfields most of the season if I can rob a pony :D

From what i remember i thought the summer ambles were pretty low key attire wise, seem to remember doing them in rugby shirt plus beige jods. Hound exercising is when you'll need to brush the jackets off :)
