It is a heavy breed, but I think that one may not be a pure bred, and a tad overweight.

its the pic with the person on board that truely shows its fatteness! Appallingly obese. Quite pricey.Shame with a bit of weight loss probably worth the price if it does what they say? But I dont think it will be able to move.

Wow... A pony my daughter has on loan came to us in a hellishly over weight condition... Cellulite on the back end, hanging crest, the works...

She still didn't look any thing like this fella...

He looks as if he could be rather gorgeous... But he certainly needs to slim some...

I'm relieved you posted this. It's not funny, it's not cute, it's a shameful state to allow a horse to end up in. Utterly disgraceful.

Completely agree. Why would anyone let their horses end up as obese as that? I mean it's obvious that it's obese. It's not like the owner would be like, ' oh he doesn't look fat to me.'

Ugh...but good... If that makes sense...

I can only go by our experience but the weight did come off fairly easily - a combination of turnout on the side of a mountain and some very gentle exercise initially... Lead rein pony for a child on short walks and some light bits in the school so nothing likely to send her heart rate into orbit...

it's not the state of the horse that is funny, it's that one photo. I don't find obesity funny in the slightest! But I see I phrased the first post badly...I do apologise!

They are a heavy horse breed but this is beyond heavy. I still want it though! But finances will not allow
