Its a long story but I will try to keep it short.
I have a horse who is far too much for me, it has taken me 4 yrs to come to that conclusion. He is a wbxshire and stands at 18.1 (so the tape tells me). I send him away to be schooled comes back perfect but as I work full time and travel he sometimes doesn't get ridden for a few weeks and it all goes wrong again, he needs more work than I can give him. I have tried to loan VTB and all I get are idiots, I say in the ads for experienced riders (as he can spin) I get people who cant even tack up properly even although I interviewed them first on the phone.
Anyhoo I am thinking about swapping him at a local dealers for a quieter cob, they specialise in cobs and hunters and could easily sell him on. Do you think I should a)sell privately b)try a swap privately or c) use the dealer?
I am going round in circles and my head hurts so thought i would ask you kind chaps what you would do?
Liz
