I love the grey - he is looks like a really super chap. But I can also see why they are asking so much for the "dressage Prospect." Your right the photo is awful, and I am always suspicious of "low mileage" - however, if it did genuinely just have low mileage (not just that it has been lame for the last two years, and therefore has done no work) its bloodlines look cosher, and it does have decent BSJA winnings! I would say it is only comparable to other overpriced horses.
 
But to turn it into a dressage horse would take a hell of a lot IMO. The way it looks to move is completly wrong. To make a dressage horse its hind legs need to come under not trail out behind like they look to be doing. There is far too much in front and not enough behind. This is just my opinion from what I can see from the photo.
 
To me it looks downhill which is never a good thing in a dressage horse. That would be the first thing that would put me off before even looking at its paces.
