Had quite a bit of snow here which started coming down yesterday lunch time. Went to feed this evening and took my hoof pick only to discover how white my cobs feathers/hooves and legs/body looked!! her legs and feet where spotless, even underneath - never seen them looking so clean! My colt has 4 white socks which have been lurking under winter mud and grub since November yet his socks where gleaming white too! the TB had dried mud on her face, but this seems to have disappeared over night too............:)
The snow does have its advantages...............:D

Anyone else noticed this?!

Good isn't it?! Nitty went for a roll in the snow this morning and left a big, grubby yellow stain. She was much cleaner once she got up! BH's socks are nice and white as well :) I'd rather have the mud though. We've about six inches here and my poor little car is struggling! :(

Left Fergs out naked today so he's rather sparkly now... Just need the snow to stay till spring now :D

Yes, it was really lovely and a novelty for me bringing in a clean horse. My boy is an exracer and I do feel he is constantly making up for lack of time rolling in the field! A mud monster through + through
