thought I would share with fellow members here.

Just bought one of these ice boots. Its gr8 you freeze the whole thing soft pliable well made, from the USA and arrived in record time, quicker than some parcels within the UK.

They look good. How well do they stay cold if not in the freezer? As in would they be any use to take to an event for the day for use after xc? Thanks

in a cool box with your butties! thats where I put mine in a carrier bag of course and with my freezer blocks, stay cold all day.

As above you can get the cool boxes that plug into your cigaret lighter , unless you have a fridge freezer in your box.

Most supermarket / diy shops have these in at the moment.
