Hi
Basically according to the bossy lady at the yard my pony is 'obese'... In all fairness even i can see he's a bit overweight but i have no clue how to combat it (i know that sounds stupid) But, there on everyotherday turn out, and he ALWAYS gets out of muzzles... i ride as often as i can (maybe 3 times a week) but he's still gaining weight. One of the main issues is that he kicks his stable door alot, so to shut him up other people feed him. In one day someone gave him an ENTIRE bale :O i've told them not too but they dont listen.
I'm literally at a loss :(
Oh he's a 15.2 middle weight cob and gets no feed except hay.

You could mix straw in with the haylage, it will bulk out the haylage and give him more fibre to digest. Also why not put a sign on his stable with something like "please don't feed, he will get too fat" or some such thing.

Sounds like he needs to be out much more of the time and on restricted grazing if necessary.

You need to make it clear to people, NOT to feed him, he is your horse and you say what he gets.
Can you put up a bar or chain then leave the door open to he cant kick it?

Can you find someone to help exercise his?
This would be a great help to help him loose weight.
