Really really pleased

Had my trainer from NZ (shes in UK atm to sell her car etc) she came to give rock an assessment today and im feelign SO positive now. She said hes a bit tubby but going into winter that wont be a bad thing but he does need to burn some off. She also said that i shouldnt do my BSJA next wed as its too much too soon after the SJ clinic on monday, so, im doing the clinic and then doing an unaff SJ on the saturday! Shes giving me 2flatwork lessons a week starting with 1next wednesday until she leaves (on the 11th) so thats good. Shes giving me a rough idea of a training plan for the next year, shes giving me competition goals and stuff (she wants me doing 1m10 by january!) shes told me when to give him breaks and what to do during them and then when to rbing him back what to do etc and when to start eventing and she says by the end of next years season she wants to see me do a novice event!!!
So in an hours assessment i got a years rough idea of how to train rock, get him fit, get him ready for eventing etc etc nutrition and shes put me in touch with a jump trainer she wants me to use who trained her and shes told me what she says i should work on and also got my dressage trainer so ahhh all set!! Feel soooo much better now i feel like i really have some focus now and i know what im doing!! So much relief and now i know what to do and how to work etc am so chuffed! Feeling very positive!
