HI All
My 5 yo broken in this year Welsh Section D started violently bucking with me, had vet out, physio etc and his back is ever so slightly sore, physio recons once iv worked on his topline, i can start riding him in 2 weeks approx but has said his saddle is slightly dipped at the back & recommended a half wool pad with rear riser inserts or something similiar, what would you suggect as the best make pad to use?
Vet advised me t lunge him for 4 weeks in a pessoa with no riding, but my Welsh being the way he is (highly strung!) he wont accept a pessoa around his body / bum and bucks very violently in one so kinda defeats the object really, physio been out since and recommended this rear riser pad, i did pay 500 quid for a professionally fitted saddle 2 months ago, physio said it doesnt luk like a bad fit, just not 100% due to his loss of topline being out of work...anyone recommend a pad? or with similiar success stories would be good to hear?
