Rearsby Lodge Eventer Trials - a few questions

Also in Comp. Riders...

I am doing the 2ft class at Rearsby Lodge this sunday.

Does anyone know what I need to wear for the SJ/'XC' bit?? Jacket? XC top? and what boots? I have leather show/dressage boots - do I have to wear those for jumping??

Obviously for the dressage I have snaffle, white saddlecloth, jacket etc...I'm assuming I can jump in a pelham? Does it matter what numnah I use (is sheepskin OK?!)

This is my first time doing anything like this and I don't really know about the rules etc...how many refusals does it take to get eliminated? Anything else I should know?

Anyone else going?

I am just hoping we don't get eliminated at the first fence

I would have thought you could wear an xc top. I'd take my xc stuff and a jacket, shirt and tie and wear whatever everyone else was wearing

And boots and matching chaps should be ok for the jumping, but wear the leather boots for dressage as these will look a lot smarter

Numnah shouldn't really matter for the jumping so fluffy one should be fine

Should be alright in a pelham as well for jumping
