reasonable offer for caldene hunting coat?

What would be a reasonable amount to offer for a caldene navy hunt coat (ladies) good condition.
Someones asked me to make an offer and am kinda looking for a bargain but don't want to be cheeky!!
There was one on preloved but black and a different size and they wanted £65 for it?!

Taking the £65 jacket as an example, offer them £30, then haggle for a bit, then pretend to walk away, then settle on a price around the £45 mark after the seller claims they have a family to feed

Seeing as brand new ones go for over £250, I think £100 or so would be fair although it does depend how old it is and what condition. Proper hunt coats are not cheap, brand new or second hand.
