Reasonable price to charge for rental of small yard

As it says really, what would be a reasonable weekly/monthly rent for sole use of 2 acres of well fenced grazing, mains water, good hacking and two 12x12 wooden boxes which are well maintained but no frills. Rent would have to include cost of water which is metered, regular maintenance of grazing by rolling etc. Fencing and any damage to be met by tennant.

Any storage? Access to a local school to hire?

I would guess £30-£40 a week

I'd say a bit more. About £50-55 a week if you expect rent to cover water meter and grazing maintenance.
