I am currently looking for a DIY yard that is friendly, has a school and all year round turnout.
Can anyone advise on one that is Maidstone, Kent area or ideally south of maidstone....headcorn way?

Thanks

I dont really know any DIY yards as just keep my ponios at home, but there are always lots of adverts for liveries in the local version of Horsemart magazine (the freeby one), also the local Pegasus magazine. A lot of people do liveries around about so I am sure you will be able to find somewhere. it might be worth phoning horsemart and just getting them to send you their latest magazine for the kent area (if you dont get any stunning recommendations from HHO that is)

I use to live in Chatham and kept my horses at a DIY yard in Bredhurst which is reasonably close to maidstone. Can not remember the name of the yard but it had an indoor and outdoor school and all year turnout. It was cheap at only 15 pound a week too but that was three years ago. It was the best yard I ever kept them at. Bredhurst is a small place so if you drove there you would be able to find it easily.

We have a vacancy at our yard which is just off the a249 but this is obv north od maistone.

It has great facilities ( school ,private farm, great security etc etc ) and its diy/ assisted.

High standards and very friendly mature people ( no kids policy )
