Recent pics of Skye. Progress!

Last week we went away in the caravan (yes I know we are totally bonkers!) to Oxfordshire for New Year.
Skye was brilliant, much more interested in her surroundings and, although e still have the long line on her, we could drop it and let her be free.

She also showed us what a billiant memory she has when she remembered where the dogs balls and toys are kept in the caravan.

(please excuse my old caravan--it is a 1985 model but does the job for us well)

Maybe she didn't deal well with the upheaval of being rehomed? Hopefully this means she is settling a bit!

I'm sure you're right re the upheaval. As you say hopefully she is now beginning to settle. It's so lovely to see her with her tail up and wagging happily.
We also went to a little local dog show on Suinday and she was brilliant there too. (got 5th in the best rescue)
Mind you I am still on tenterhooks every time I let her free!

Isn't that what makes dogs and horses fascinating? You have the bad times then things seem to "come together"?
