Recognising great service from Feedmark!

I dont think we commend when things go well as often as we should, so I just thought I'd post quickly and say that I ordered from Feedmark on Wednesday this week (after speaking to one of their advisors), on Thursday the order was delivered, and included a fact sheet on the specific reason i'd ordered the supplement. With their £10 off at the moment and a free bag of treats was very impressed! so well done Feedmark!

I have nothing to do with this company, however after a number of occasions where i've experienced crap customer service recently thought i'd praise a good company rather then moan about a bad one!!

Brilliant, so many people forget to give credit where credit is due

I've just had a Snuggy Hood rug in a specially made size delivered after only ordering it two days ago. Impressive!

Feedmark have always given me consistently good service. Another company who have given that bit extra were Thermatex last year.

Big fan of Thermatex service too, they recently talked me through my rugging options for my pony and even found me an ex demo rug in his size when they could have pushed for a sale of a thicker rug at full price

I'm a HUGE fan of Feedmark!! Always really helpful, great advice, and their free delivery (and delivering no quibble to NI as well) makes them a favourite of mine.

So many companies think Northern Ireland is somewhere to the left of outer space, and either charge exorbitantly or won't send at all (yes you, Charnwood Milling, the most unhelpful company I've come across!) so it's wonderful dealing with a company like Feedmark

I've always found feedmarks service to be excellent too. They nearly always deliver the next day. On one occasion, the delivery man decided in his wisdom, to chuck the parcel over my fence, only for a bucket full of benevit to explode across my garden. When I phoned feedmark, and explained what I'd found upon arriving home they sent me a replacement which arrived the following morning.
