Hi, very boring I know but wondered if there are any fitness guru's on here!!

Since having 3 children by c-section it's been difficult toning my tummy again, it's getting there and have been exercising everyday.
When I'm riding tho, I feel like I've got a "roll" or a "tyre" at the bottom of my back!! I have become so self conscious of this fatty bit!!!

Not sure if it's coming from my plump bottom or my back! I think it's both. God I'm so depressed!! LOL!!

Can I borrow someone magic wand to get rid of it???!! :)

The bit you describe is known as a 'muffin top' and i have one too!!!! I had a baby 3 months ago and am looking to lose a few pounds as well...

People told me to do pilates, good for toning but I think good-old fat burning exercise is what we need. Trouble is, I find stuff like gym, running etc really boring. I tried off-road cycling but was absolutely exhausted first time, so have decided to get walking fit first of all. Then go back to the cycling. I have a good mountain bike which I used to use a lot before horsey came along, it's great fun getting all muddy and tearing down hills like a loon. I am not ready for that just yet though, walking will do.
I live on the moors though so walking for me involves hiking boots and an all-terrain pram at the moment...

Running is probably the fastest most effective way. It is boring and it is hard to be motivated especially when you have lots of calls on your time. It is easier if you vary what you do and have a running buddy to motivate you and remember that when it stops those endorphins make you feel great!

So much easier to say this than to do it!

Jeez it has a name! Hubby will kill himself laughing at that!!

I have been doing quite abit of walking recently. I got an exercise ball as a friend recomended using it to practice the movement of rising trot as I was so unfit after about 1 min of trotting I could feel the lactic acid burning in legs and thought I was going to pass out..... Perhaps alittle over dramatic but still it hurt like hell!! but it is getting alot better now!

So we're looking for muffin-top reducing exercises!! lol x
