Hey all,

As some of you know I have got a four year old on loan. Now he came with bits and bobs, which some I am happy with others not quite! One thing that bothers me is his bit, to me it's quite tight (and YO) so am looking to change it.
Can anyone recommend me a 6" bit that helps with softening etc? I was looking at the Myler bits, as I have a friend who raves about them but I can't find one big enough ;)
What do you guys suggest?

Thanks in advance :D

Any kind of french link happy mouth or rubber snaffle?
My big lad is a 6 inch and I don't struggle for choice xxx

Not going to give you advice on any particular bit as i dont know how you ride or how the horse goes. Will say though that i find it is better to keep bits simple and to have cheeks to help with steering. :)

Was about to post french link when I saw that it was already here, so I'm saying french link too. I did a bit of investigating before taking the breaking bit off the bridle, to find the right one first time. Went with french link, and he loves it, no changes in his acceptance so all good so far!!!
