Recommend a jump saddle please

Any recommendations for a jump saddle that would fit the following requirements?

- Supportive, good knee blocks
- For a TB with high withers and short back (17")
- Prefer adjustable but not that fussed
- Prefer deeper seat
- Budget around 1500

Saddler didn't have much when they came out, waiting to see what else they can get hold of, but I'd like to look around/try some in the mean time.

Which brands should I avoid/try? Not a fan of K&M or GFS. Have been told to stay away from Butet and Devoucoux as hard foam? Would love a Childeric but would need to sell a body organ first!
 
Oh no! This makes me sad. Have the Butet fitted with a prolite/ gel pad?

Tikarla's Farrington's event saddle was very similar to the Albion you want. What about an Ideal Impala?

Also, editing, just going to throw saddles at you now, I had a monoflap Exselle Integra for Soph at one point and really liked that!

Does it have to be new within that budget? I've just bought a lightly used Albion Legend K2 Jump with the adjusta tree for less than £1k. It ticks all your requirements...
 
No, would actually prefer second hand actually.

I tried a K2 but felt a bit too 'perched'/high up on him - how do you find yours? Saddler thought it might be down to the size not being right and being too high on him, so waiting for it to be widened and see if it feels lower.
 
Mine hasn't arrived yet, but I tried my instructors saddle on my horse (luckily it was the right size) and loved it, hence buying one. Definitely didn't feel perched - felt close to the horse and very secure/supported. I'd been struggling to get into the right position in my (GP) saddle, in the K2 jump it just seemed to come naturally.
 
I ride my TB in a K2 and we both love it. So comfy and really beefy knee rolls. Much prefer this saddle to the Fairfax my other horse has.

I felt the same when I tried the K2 for my short-backed TB type. I went for an Equipe as that's what fitted the horse, but it does have relatively small knee blocks and is quite flat! I love mine, I find very easy to ride in.
 
Look at Prestige, lots of different styles so you might find something to suit. I have an Arezzo and love it, good size blocks, puts you in a good position and is flocked.
Equipe do nice saddles, tend to be flatter seats with small blocks but again have a few different styles.
Other worth looking at is Ideal.
Saddles are so personal you really have to try a few.
