Recommend me a boot!

My daughters need winter yard boots. Ideally that they can ride in. The problem is they are 6 stone with skinny legs and narrow feet but are a size 7 in shoes!

So I need ones that fit their feet but don't drown their legs. Any ideas?

Velcro adjustable seem to be the way to go but reviews of various versions of those seems to suggest the boots would be too wide at the ankle?

Do you have a Mole Valley Farmers near you? I've just bought Cotswold Blockley boots that are only exclusive to that store and you won't be able to find them anywhere online. They are like muck boots on the bottom and a neoprene waterproof material on the top. There's no zip and there is lace down the side which you can loosen/tighten and a velcro tab at the top to secure.
