Recommend Me A Collar For The Dark

When i get home I'll find out what make Millie's is, its sooo bright, like having a torch on the end of the lead - here's an example of how much brighter it is compared to Suzy's P@H one...

My lab has this in pink too......... but she's a girl :)
Plus, they're only pink in daylight, and are red in the dark - I have a yellow one too, and thats also red in the dark.

I do however wait with anticipation to see where Hedwards collar came from - thats brilliant... I want one - not sure whether Molly will though, if it spins round she'll have her own set of headlights on main beam :D

Bought a K9 one originally and it was useless - def not bright enough in unlit areas. The one we have now is rechargeable and has a tubed LED running down it that can be set to solid light floash or even light sensitive so comes on itself - will try and google it. Can see OH a good 1/2 mile away in it and certainly makes motorists notice!

I got all ours from equestrian clearance, equisaftey collars, brilliant, also allows other people to know your dig is there, my friends dogs scared the life out of some poor guy in the park when she went up to him in the dark and licked his hand, think he had a brown trousers moment!!!

Ruby has a red (of course lol) one which was cheap off ebay, does the job well as she doesn't wander far from me when we walk so doesn't have to be overly bright and we walk on fields so no worry from traffic. you can have it flash or on constant think it only cost £4.99 :)

I bought a cheapo one from Pets at Home, flashing red light collar. It's OK BUT I also bought a little dangly collar light from there for a few quid, which you can see from 1/4 a mile away. It flashes red white and blue and is really effective :)

ive got that one too bex! its really excellent isnt it, you only clip it on to the collar, its about the size of an identity tag and it flashes red white and blue.

i have a dark collie and we go into the fields at 5pm when its pitch dark here in the country, i just couldnt see her without it, people in the village shop have apparently been asking what the hell the disembodied flashing light they can see on the other side of the village green!

Its not a collar but id truly recommend it too.

Pets at Home @ £3.99 :D

Visiglo (petsupermarket.com) - about £6 and very bright. Two settings - flashing or on all of the time. They come in different colours as well if you have more than one dog and want to tell them apart in the dark.

Sorry its taken me so long OP, here's the photo of the collar
