Recommend me a good bridle please!

As Kane has excelled himself and shown me what a gentleman he can be since putting him into a Mexican Grackle I've decided to treat him to a nice new bridle (and not borrowed bits of bridle as we have been doing!).

So can anyone recommend please a good quality leather Grackle bridle? I've had a trawl and there are so many around I'd like to know which one's people prefer before buying, have no tack shops round here so I'm always at the mercy of internet shopping so can't guarantee things are as good as they look!!

Don't want to break the bank but also don't want anything cheap and nasty.

i would buy a jeffries bridle and add the grackle later i started thread about a nice bridle few weeks back and EVERYONE said jefferies got one of ebay and its beautiful and was only £50) bnwt so should b a good price and just buy grackle later... wouldnt get anything else now!

Hi I have the Mark Todd Grackle Bridle (Brown) and it is fab - looks lovely and cleans up well - I have to admit though that I didnt pay full price as I got it from Ebay and it may have been a sample one ! do check sizing though as I bought a different make (cant remember what) for friend a few months ago and it was more like a pony size than a full !! x

Well I've actually got a grackle that another livery sold me as she no longer needed it, didn't pay alot and it's lovely soft leather so that's a good option. Only ride him in the grackle for 'fun' stuff, hacking and schooling.

I have a sabre cordoba and it is lovely. Has the padded headpiece and is lovely quality.

I have two Elevators for my mare, they are lovely.

I do have a JW grakle and though it is nice she need an XF headpiece and the rest in F so I need to ebay that!

also i have a kieffer it has streched way out of proportion really horrible wouldnt advise that direction

Second the Mark Todd bridles- the light havana colour is gorgeous as well and looks great on chestnuts/bays.

I have the Frank Baines for dressage (it's a flash crank) but have seen the grackles in the shop and they also look lovely- the leather on both MT and FB is great and mine still look new!
